About

In 2022, I proudly earned my Masters in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy, the culmination of a five-year journey into the world of holistic health, marking another chapter in my ongoing educational journey. Before embarking on this rewarding path, I honed my knowledge with a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science from Kent University.

I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals lead pain-free lives, move more effectively, and carry out daily tasks with ease. My experience extends to working with bodybuilders and powerlifters, but my true joy lies in supporting individuals on their journey back to optimal health and helping them regain the ability to live life to the fullest

When I’m not helping clients achieve better health, I find solace in nature and enjoy delving into books and documentaries about the mind-body connection, especially how trauma affects the body. I am also a qualified personal trainer and spend time supporting others with their fitness and rehabilitation journey.

Let’s build something together.
